1. Service Cancellation Policy

  • Before Service Begins:
    Clients may cancel a booked service at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund.
  • Within 24 Hours of Appointment:
    Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee (up to 50%).
  • Same-Day Cancellation / No-Show:
    If the service provider arrives and the client is unavailable, the session will be considered completed, and no refund will be issued.

2. Refund Policy

  • Unused Services (Packages):
    If you have purchased a service package and wish to discontinue:
    • Refunds will be provided for unused sessions only.
    • Any discounts applied to packages may be recalculated based on used sessions.
  • Single Services:
    Refunds are only applicable if cancellation is made according to the policy above.
  • Emergency Exceptions:
    Refund requests due to medical emergencies or unavoidable situations will be reviewed case-by-case.

3. Rescheduling Policy

  • Clients may reschedule appointments free of charge if requested at least 12–24 hours in advance.
  • Rescheduling requests made at short notice may be subject to availability.

4. Medical Equipment & Supplies

  • Due to hygiene and safety regulations:
    • Opened or used medical items cannot be returned or refunded.
    • Unused and sealed items may be eligible for return within 3–5 days, subject to inspection.

5. Payment Refund Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be processed within:
    • 5–10 business days (depending on payment method and bank processing times)

6. Quality Assurance

If you are not satisfied with the service:

  • Please report your concern within 24 hours
  • We will investigate and may offer:
    • A replacement session, or
    • A partial/full refund (if justified)
